Ten by Three Return Policy
At Ten by Three, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our artisan-made products. Each piece is uniquely handcrafted, and slight variations in size, color, and design are a natural part of the handmade process. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- No Questions Asked returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and free of any damage.
- The original proof of purchase is required.
Return Process
- Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number
- Before sending your item back, you must contact us at support@tenbythree.org to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
- Returns without an RA Number will not be accepted.
- Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Restocking Fee
- A $25 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable.
Exclusions
- Final sale items and customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or natural wear and tear are not eligible for returns.
