Volunteering at Ten by Three isn’t just about giving back, it is about being part of something bigger than yourself. Join our movement to change the world through entrepreneurship.
Ten by Three is a longtime St. Louis community member and volunteering with us earns Student Community Service hours or mandated community service program hours.
Volunteer tasks vary based on Ten by Three’s needs and may include quality checking products, cleaning and organizing, stocking, inventory, labeling, unloading shipments, preparing items for events or shipping, and other warehouse projects.

Monday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM/ Tuesday - Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM/ Saturday: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
Volunteers must leave the building by closing time.

Parking
Please park only in designated Ten by Three spaces or undesignated spaces along the south side of the building on Berthold Street. Do not park in spaces assigned to other businesses or block dumpsters, doors, or loading areas.
General Guidelines
- Closed-toe shoes are required. Clothing should be appropriate for a work environment, allow for safe movement, cover the midriff and undergarments, and not contain offensive material.
- Personal phone use should be limited. Music, audiobooks, and podcasts may be listened to through headphones, but watching videos is not permitted. Please step outside the work area to take calls.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building.
- Volunteers may bring their own food and drinks. However, we restrict eating in designated areas and eating while working in the warehouse is not permitted.
- Ten by Three does not accept justice system volunteers with violent or sexual offenses.
- Volunteers are expected to arrive ready to work, follow staff directions and safety guidelines, treat others respectfully, and handle Ten by Three products and property with care.
- To sign up as a court order community service volunteer you must be willing to commit 40 hours or more to Ten by Three.
Assignments may vary, so volunteers should come prepared to help where needed. Volunteers who do not follow program guidelines, refuse assigned work, behave inappropriately, or create a safety concern may be asked to leave.
